Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are dedicated to positively impacting the nourishment and love our customers and their children feel. Should you need to process a return or advise us of defective or damaged merchandise for exchange, please contact us via e-mail at connect@sophisticatedstandards.com. Sophisticated Standards accepts product returns within 30 days of the original purchase on all retail orders. All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by email within 5 days of receipt. Wholesale and bulk orders are non-returnable, with the exception of defect or damage of the product, in which case we will make it right with a replacement. Coaching and consulting packages are non-refundable after the completion of consultation.
